Avi Ostfeld, CEO Avi came to CastUP with almost 20 years experience in the IT industry. Prior to founding CastUP, Avi was a senior manager in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, leading development and infrastructure projects. Avi is an expert in communications, infrastructure, Internet technology and streaming media.

Eli Burshan, COO Prior to joining CastUP, Eli was senior partner with S.R. Industries where he assisted technology and start up companies in developing their businesses. Eli holds a BA in Economics from Ben Gurion University and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.
